Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and solve any kind of problem regarding Blow Molding Machine and Injection Molding Machine
∎ Set up molds, adjust machine settings and perform tests to ensure that machines are working correctly
∎ Sound knowledge on PLC operation
∎ Ability to read and interpret instructions and specifications
∎ Ability to use hand tools and basic measuring instruments
∎ Keeping data of Jar, Cap & Washer production and stock. And also, Raw Material stock
∎ Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in packaging products and materials for storage or shipment. Studies production orders to ascertain the type and quantity of product, containers to be used and other packaging requirements
∎ Inspect products before packaging and return rejected products to production departments
∎ Observe packaging operations and inspect containers to verify conformance to specifications
∎ Starts, adjusts and repairs packaging machinery or notifies the maintenance department
∎ Analyze and determine all standards for packaging and ensure compliance with all schedules for processes and develop and maintain all packing orders effectively
∎ Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) department to ensure that the qualified product before packing
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Ability to work as part of a team
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Production Officer (Container Plant) for Bashundhara Chemical Industries Limited, BIEZL, Mirsharai, Chattogram.
