Job Context:
∎ This position is for those who love interaction with people in factories. This company is looking for a professional and energetic Head of Production to oversees production in this company to follow up and report production matters
∎ Workplace: Work at Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and monitor, Day to day activities.
∎ Responsible to handle all activities related to production.
∎ Maintain proper target Ratio.
∎ Execution to meet the production target as Local & Export forecast/management requirement.
∎ To ensure all the products are produces in RIGHT QUALITY & DELIVERED on time.
∎ Ensure to follow the production-related standard with proper documentation.
∎ To ensure that proper working conditions & compliance requirement at work place are maintained.
∎ To prepare & to submit necessary reports required by the management.
∎ Monitor every aspect of production to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ At least 5 to 7 years experience in production (Consumer Products)
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Ability to Work Under Pressure, Manufacturing (FMCG), Planning and monitoring, Food Production, Production Process.
Salary: Negotiable
