Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a high-performing Sales Officer. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Sales officer duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (but have to visit different parts of the country frequently)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ordering and promoting products to dealers or farmers
∎ · Creating and developing innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
∎ · Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
∎ · Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
∎ · Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
∎ · Achieving quarterly target sales.
∎ · Assisting the marketing manager in day-to-day marketing activities.
∎ · Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age Unto 35 years
∎ · Experience in FMGC or Food sectors
∎ · Self-motivating & hard working
∎ · Good written and spoken English & Bangla
