Job Responsibilities:
∎ Demonstrate exceptional skills in production management to enhance operational efficiency.
∎ Develop, coordinate, and oversee production processes to ensure seamless and effective operations.
∎ Monitor and guide the execution of production plans on the factory floor, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
∎ Provide training to departmental staff on preventive maintenance techniques, aimed at reducing maintenance hours and costs.
∎ Manage the scheduling and utilization of raw materials to meet production schedules while optimizing resource utilization.
∎ Foster strong working relationships with production teams to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication.
∎ Address and resolve technical issues that may arise during the production process promptly.
∎ Ensure the proper handling and utilization of raw materials, upholding stringent quality standards for a seamless production process.
∎ Track and enhance efficiency parameters such as productivity, processing cost, yield variance, batch variance, right-first-time production, and machine uptime, in alignment with management targets.
∎ Be prepared to take on additional tasks and assignments as delegated by the management team from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Fresher are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Conversant in MS Office.
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills.
∎ Analytical ability & Output oriented approach.
