Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
As the Production Manager, you will manage and supervise overall production to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely operations. You will lead a team in producing high-quality attar and perfume products, ensuring adherence to our company standards and safety protocols.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow in the factory.
Plan and monitor production schedules to meet company targets.
Ensure quality control at every stage of production in compliance with company standards.
Supervise and train production staff to ensure high performance and safety standards are maintained.
Coordinate with procurement, quality assurance, and warehouse departments for seamless operations.
Monitor the use of raw materials and reduce wastage through efficient processes.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
Implement process improvements and support factory automation initiatives.
