Job Context:

As the Production Manager, you will manage and supervise overall production to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely operations. You will lead a team in producing high-quality attar and perfume products, ensuring adherence to our company standards and safety protocols.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow in the factory.

• Plan and monitor production schedules to meet company targets.

• Ensure quality control at every stage of production in compliance with company standards.

• Supervise and train production staff to ensure high performance and safety standards are maintained.

• Coordinate with procurement, quality assurance, and warehouse departments for seamless operations.

• Monitor the use of raw materials and reduce wastage through efficient processes.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports for management review.

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.

• Implement process improvements and support factory automation initiatives.
