Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure quality production and on time shipment as per plan
Organize and oversee all production activities to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
Collect the monthly production plan from the planning department.
Closely work with IE team to improve production efficiency, manpower utilization, reduce bottleneck and NPT.
Monitor plan VS actual production hourly basis and resolve any production issues to reach the target.
Motivating operators to produce as per their production capacity.
Train, motivate, and manage production staff to optimize their performance and foster a positive work environment.
WIP (work in process) control and line balancing.
Monitor daily/monthly Overtime budget and control/reduce the overtime work.
Handle short volumes with maintaining quality.
Minimize waste & increase utilization of Man, Machine & Materials with various tools & techniques.
Candidate having experience working in IE Department will be given preference.
Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
