• Ensure quality production and on time shipment as per plan

• Organize and oversee all production activities to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.

• Collect the monthly production plan from the planning department.

• Closely work with IE team to improve production efficiency, manpower utilization, reduce bottleneck and NPT.

• Monitor plan VS actual production hourly basis and resolve any production issues to reach the target.

• Motivating operators to produce as per their production capacity.

• Train, motivate, and manage production staff to optimize their performance and foster a positive work environment.

• WIP (work in process) control and line balancing.

• Monitor daily/monthly Overtime budget and control/reduce the overtime work.

• Handle short volumes with maintaining quality.

• Minimize waste & increase utilization of Man, Machine & Materials with various tools & techniques.

• Candidate having experience working in IE Department will be given preference.

• Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
