Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and control all production processes in the sewing and finishing section.
∎ Track production targets hourly throughout the day.
∎ Report daily and total production status to the production head according to order and style.
∎ Distribute duties and responsibilities among subordinates, supervise their work, and maintain communication with the respective departments.
∎ Develop and implement plans to achieve maximum production efficiency.
∎ Ensure effective line balancing, process optimization, and performance monitoring based on targets.
∎ Closely monitor progress to achieve production targets and implement the production schedule.
∎ Collaborate with planning, industrial engineering, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
∎ Maintain quality control throughout all production stages in compliance with buyer specifications and international standards.
∎ Lead production review meetings, address floor-level issues, and ensure work-in-progress (WIP) tracking.
∎ Train and develop production teams while ensuring adherence to safety, compliance, and performance standards.
∎ Encourage participation of subordinates in various training programs, following cost-minimization principles.
∎ Ensure the high quality of all products.
∎ Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
