∎ Right now, we are looking for some dynamic and result-oriented talents to be a part of this exciting project for the role of manufacturing management.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the administrative activities of the production facility to arrange the work forces and other functional things to ensure smooth & compliant production operations in the factory.
∎ Design the layout of the production floor to set up efficient production lines for dry fruits from the input of raw fruits till the packaged finished products.
∎ Standardize the production process and build the SOP including all production parameters for each of the product lines and ensure it's respected during the production process.
∎ Drive the product development and formalize step by step process parameters for every product line covering different fruits & vegetables.
∎ Standardize the quality parameters per products and ensure it's respected during the production to ensure only right quality are produced.
∎ Train the factory workforce in the production process, quality standard, safety & hygiene requirements and ensure it's maintained throughout the factory operations.
∎ Drive the factory operations for better efficiency to optimize per unit production cost of the products continuously.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of factory experience in Food production, preferable in dry fruits.
∎ Solution oriented, independent, managerial capability and good interpersonal skill.
