Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct market research to understand the consumer preferences & market dynamics of dried fruits & vegetables.
∎ Defining product specifications, features & performance requirements based on market research with heat pump, vacuum frier & freeze drier technology.
∎ Develop the product, validate conformity with physical & laboratory test requirements and approve to go for bulk production.
∎ Formalize step by step process parameters and production & quality requirement to guarantee bulk production aligned with the approved sample.
∎ Standardize the production & quality process with SOP creation and training the production team & workforce to ensure all production parameters are respected the production process.
∎ Follow the production process to check the bulk production aligned with the process defined during product development stage and put in place right steps for any deviation.
∎ Collect the consumer & market feedback and incorporate these inputs with the product development process.
∎ Minimum graduation in Food Engineering/ Science/ Technology.
∎ Expertise with preservation technologies of fruits and vegetables.
∎ Knowledge with heat pump, vacuum frier & freeze dryer technology.
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in food product development, preferably in dry fruits & vegetables.
∎ Solution oriented, independent, managerial capability and good interpersonal skills.
