∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for interested candidates as a Production Manager for a reputed Sweater Factory who has initiative, experience in following sector, drive and self-motivation to take challenge to deliver high quality results.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ At least 12 years relevant experience in Sweater industry
∎ Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and project management skills
∎ Verify and adjustment of floor management through balancing of machine and skill operation.
∎ To ensure smooth flow of production with maximum target at optimum quality.
∎ To ensure the delivery of the products within the stipulated time frame through a proper production plan.
∎ Coordinate with concern department and follow up to reduce Non-Productive time.
∎ Monitor hourly production and ensure correct method so that the production output is as per the desire limit.
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance.
∎ Analyze and assess product risks, critical operations, quality issues advance before production.
∎ Ensuring Optimum utilization of man, machine & material for higher productivity. Improvement of existing products using optimized level of Raw material.
∎ Wastage reduction through training operators and work process improvement

∎ Age 30 to 40 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production, Quality Control, Inspection, Floor/ Line Management, Health/ Safety & Fire, Planning, Quality Inspection, Sample
∎ Must have experience to work with major buyers.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Good command of quality control processes.
∎ Must have knowledge Quality Management system.
∎ Must have computer literacy with good analytical skills.
