Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making production plan according to delivery schedule
∎ Supervising production workers to manage and execute production smoothly.
∎ Maintain stock inventory of Geo-bag and spare parts of machine
∎ Work closely to prepare production schedule in collaboration with the Planning & IE department.
∎ Work with maintenance team to minimize machine breakdown time and ensure target production
∎ To make necessary arrangements of training for the subordinates in order to increase production capability by following modern production procedures.
∎ To take responsibility during an audit by the buyer regarding compliance issues
∎ Responsible for achieving hourly, daily and monthly Production Efficiency.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have 2 to 3 years as Asst. Manager/ Deputy Manager- Production and Production Manager Position in any reputed industries.
∎ Have a very good command of leadership quality, strong interpersonal skills, good communication skills and sound personality.
∎ Have sufficient knowledge to understand buyer's specification and requirements, technical knowledge on Lock industries trouble shooting.
∎ Vast knowledge on industries production management, sound portfolio and accomplishments on Industries
∎ Excellent team player, independent, positive attitude, self-motivated and result oriented.

Salary: Negotiable
