At least 10 years (s) as a PM in outerwear.
Good Communication skills, good typing speed in Bangla and English
Computer Skill: Microsoft Office Applications.
Sound Knowledge of international buyers/customers’ requirements.
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and manage the entire production process, from raw material input to finished product output.
Ensure that production schedules are met and that products are manufactured within the defined quality standards.
Monitor and optimize production efficiency, focusing on reducing waste and improving productivity.
Lead, train, and mentor production supervisors and line managers to ensure a motivated and skilled workforce.
Collaborate with the quality control department to ensure that all products meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards.
Act as a key liaison between the production department and other departments such as quality control, maintenance, HR, and procurement.
