Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and manage all production processes to meet targets efficiently.
∎ Lead and guide the night-shift production team, promoting teamwork and a positive environment.
∎ Ensure that all products meet quality standards through proper checks.
∎ Review and improve production methods to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
∎ Manage production costs and ensure quality is maintained.
∎ Make sure health and safety rules are followed to keep the workplace safe.
∎ Oversee the stock of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
∎ Work with design, engineering, and sales teams to match production with market needs.
∎ Prepare regular reports on production performance, suggesting areas for improvement
