Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the Sewing and Finishing department of a Knit/ Woven Garment unit.
∎ Implement processes to improve efficiency.
∎ Responsible for all activities from cutting to shipment.
∎ Achieve optimum level of productivity by maintaining AQL desired by the buyer.
∎ Identify causes and actionable steps to improve product quality.
∎ Tact fully handles all kind of worker/labor related issues.
∎ Identify production line bottle necks and take necessary steps solve those.
∎ Able to manage Sewing lines for Knit/ Woven garments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have minimum knowledge of Industrial Engineering/Work Study
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments (Knitting)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production, Line Balance Process.
∎ Thorough knowledge of all the production related activities.
∎ Overall knowledge of the KNIT manufacturing process.
∎ Must be energetic, dynamic and commendable.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Must have work study experience, manage accurate machine layout, Time and Motion Study and SMV
