Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have Industrial Engineering knowledge.
∎ Must have work experience Both in Knit & Woven garments production.
∎ Able to follow up 25 Sewing Lines in the factory.
∎ Capable to achieve the maximum level of efficiency.
∎ Should have comprehensive knowledge of quality production and maintenance.
∎ Ensure smooth workflow by monitoring cut, input, output & packing figures.
∎ Achieving daily targets meeting production plan.
∎ Follow up and make sure the availability of required machines, attachments and manpower is on time as per the style feeding plan.
∎ Capability to prepare Floor plans as per shipment schedules.
∎ Reduce and minimize defect rates to achieve production quantities.
∎ Prepare production schedule in collaboration with the Planning department.
∎ Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems.
∎ Reasonable knowledge of modern machinery and equipment.
∎ Implementing solutions for the day-to-day problems which may occur.
∎ Ability to handle production process efficiently with planning with optimum quality.
∎ Train the supervisors to be able to identify where potential problems may occur and prevent these from happening.
∎ Manage the effective utilization of fabric & accessories without wastage.
∎ Demonstrate the ability of efficient utilization of manpower to achieve the hourly/daily production target.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of production quality in order to run a cohesive operation with quality department.
∎ Regular reporting of production status to the senior management to strategize future plans.
∎ Good knowledge of HR and compliance.

∎ IT proficiency - advanced level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, able to work hard efficiently.
∎ Ability to multi-task and remain organized, meet deadlines.
