Experience:

• Diploma in Mechanical
• Diploma in Electrical

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical & Electronic Engineering/Industrial Engineering.

• Education can be considerable for highly experience candidate.

• 8 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry

• Age 30 to 50 years

• Strong knowledge in Injection & Blow Molding machine operations.

• Hands-on experience in maintenance & troubleshooting.

• Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion processes.

• Sound understanding of factory utilities, automation systems, and maintenance planning.

• Proficient in reporting, planning, and team leadership.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Good communication and reporting skills in both English and Bangla.

• Proficient in MS Office, ERP, and production-related software.

• Plan, organize, and control production activities to ensure timely and cost-effective manufacturing of plastic/polymer products.

• Supervise and manage all production staff including shift in-charges, operators, and support teams.

• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards and reducing waste.

• Monitor and improve production processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and sustainability.

• Coordinate with QC, Maintenance, SCM, and HR departments for smooth operational workflow.

• Maintain proper documentation of daily production, material consumption, downtime, and manpower.

• Implement health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards within the production area.

• Ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained and serviced.

• Maintain inventory control of raw materials and finished goods in collaboration with the Store department.

• Report to senior management on production performance, issues, and improvement strategies.

• Maintain strict quality standards as per company and client requirements.

• Implement and monitor quality control systems in every stage of production.

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols.

• Coordinate with the procurement and store departments for timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials.

• Monitor usage to prevent overstocking or material shortage.

• Recommend and assist in adopting new technologies to improve production capacity and reduce manual errors.

• Any other jobs assigned by the Management.
