Spinning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making production plan and Spin-Plan according to delivery schedule
∎ Work closely to prepare production schedule in collaboration with Marketing department.
∎ Supervising production workers to manage and execute production smoothly.
∎ Maintaining stock inventory and indenting of consumables like Packing Materials and other accessories related to shopfloor.
∎ Co-ordinate with maintenance team to minimize machine breakdown time and ensure target production.
∎ To make necessary arrangements of training for the subordinates in order to increase production capability by following modern production procedures.
∎ Responsible for achieving hourly, daily and monthly Production Efficiency.
∎ To take responsibility during an audit by the buyer regarding compliance issues
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Not more than 40 years.
∎ Must have experience in production of 100% cotton yarn (Ring & Rotor), Slub yarns, Core spin Yarns, combed compact yarns.
∎ Must have leadership quality, strong interpersonal skills, good communication skills and sound personality.
∎ Have sufficient knowledge to understand buyer's specification and requirements and implement the same during production.
∎ Excellent team player, independent, positive attitude, self-motivated and result oriented.
Salary: Negotiable
