Handicraft
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning & organizing production schedule.
∎ Prepare production schedule as per production budget.
∎ Coordination with the procurement department to confirm all the materials availability before starting production, for example, Fabrics, accessories, threads etc.
∎ Confirm all the design in coordination with designing department before starting production.
∎ Coordination with technical department to keep all machineries in good condition
∎ Confirm the quality of the goods during production stage.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of resources, including human resource and machineries.
∎ Control wastage of resources, machines, raw materials, and other accessories.
∎ Ensure On-time production delivery and reduce production lost time.
∎ Make proper workforce planning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At lest 5 years proven experience in production section in a renowned brand or RMG sector.
∎ Competent in managing staff and working effectively with senior management team
∎ Ability to deliver on time with quality
∎ Excellent leadership capabilities
∎ Fair understanding of fashion brand in Bangladesh and International brands
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills; both verbal and written
∎ Effective client management and negotiation skills
∎ Flexible to work under pressure and good in time management
∎ Proficiency in MS Office applications
∎ Proficient with ERP tools; using Production tracking system and work database
∎ Team player and good in people management
Salary:
