Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be solely responsible to run the Handicrafts Strategic Business Unit (SBU)
∎ Manage Retail marketing
∎ Uplifting crafts of Bangladesh
∎ Should have knowledge of modern designs going to the European and American market
∎ Should have experience in online and offline exports and shopping outlets to showcase the products
∎ Retail outlet Management
∎ Local and International Marketing and Sales
∎ Financial planning and management
∎ Design and production management
∎ HR and administration
∎ Attending local and international fairs and exhibitions
∎ Handle national and international buyers and other activities in this connection
∎ Have experience of working with international brands
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum Bachelor degree in relevant field
∎ Should have 5+ years of experience in handling a SBU.
∎ Past experience in Handicrafts as a P&L Head.
∎ Should have business acumen and entrepreneurial bent of mind
∎ Capable for frequent visit in home and abroad
∎ Good conversant with English, French, Spanish, German and Swedish lnaguage Female candidate preferred
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Local transportation will be provided
Economic class standard will be provided for business purpose or International tour
