Experience:

• 3 to 7 years

• Diploma in Mechanical
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Plastics Engineering
• Diploma

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Plastics Engineering

• 3 to 7 years

• Age 21 to 40 years

• 3–7 years of experiences in extrusion & blow molding, hands-on with machinery & processes.

Production Management:

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily production activities in the extrusion and blow molding units.

• Ensure production targets are met according to client orders and timelines.

• Monitor machine output and adjust process parameters to meet production goals.

• Maintain proper documentation of production quantities, machine utilization, and downtime.

Process Oversight:

• Supervise HDPE extrusion processes: controlling temperature, pressure, screw speed, and die settings.

• Oversee blow molding operations: ensuring parison formation, mold closing, cooling, and ejection are properly executed.

• Optimize cycle times and process efficiency without compromising quality.

• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or process issues.

Quality Control:

• Ensure that all products meet the required specifications (dimensions, thickness, weight, and appearance).

• Conduct regular inspections and coordinate with the quality department for testing (density, stress, leak test, etc.).

• Implement corrective actions in case of deviations in product quality.

Inventory & Raw Material Management:

• Monitor consumption of HDPE resin and other raw materials.

• Coordinate with the procurement team to maintain adequate material stock.

• Prevent material wastage and implement recycling or reuse strategies where feasible.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise production operators, helpers, and technicians.

• Provide training on machine operation, safety protocols, and process improvements.

• Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback.

Maintenance & Safety:

• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed for extrusion and blow molding machines.

• Collaborate with maintenance team to minimize machine downtime.

• Enforce safety protocols: proper handling of HDPE resin, hot surfaces, high-pressure machinery, and moving parts.

• Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with OSHA or local safety standards.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain daily production reports, machine logs, and downtime records.

• Prepare shift-wise production analysis, scrap reports, and efficiency reports.

• Suggest process improvements based on production data analysis.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify areas to improve productivity, reduce energy consumption, and minimize scrap.

• Implement new production techniques, process modifications, or equipment upgrades.

• Keep updated on latest HDPE extrusion and blow molding technologies
