∎ Job Location: Borobari, Tongi, Gazipur
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining all process parameters during the production process.
∎ Ensuring that the productivity should be as per the process parameters and specified time scales.
∎ Ensure technicians/operatives (JPE) are adequately trained and qualified for tasks assigned to them.
∎ Maintaining the entire shift operations as per the schedule without any issues.
∎ Maintaining all safety measures during the production process.
∎ Frequent visits to production area to ensure production process.
∎ Ensure all Raw materials, Batch cards, and Labels are ready before production.
∎ Ensure that all scrape material should be stored in a designated area.
∎ Maintaining SOPs and QC related documents in production process.
∎ Ensure punctuality and attendance of technicians/workers is adequate.
∎ Checking & maintaining grease, oil, filter replacement, cleaning of all production equipment.
∎ Ensure technicians/operatives (JPE) are adequately trained and qualified for tasks assigned to them.
∎ Maintaining a necessary preventive maintenance schedule for all machinery.
∎ Maintaining of all safety measures during maintenance.
∎ Ensure that all scrap material of mechanical.
∎ Electrical should be stored in a designated area.
∎ Monitoring and follow up of the dust collecting system.
∎ Ensure continuous improvement of product, processes, and service by providing the best services possible on the production floor. (Management Review, Biostatistics).
∎ Achieving productivity as per production schedule.
∎ Maintaining good relationships with junior technicians/workers for better results at the floor level.
∎ Spares are to be maintained for all machines as per requirement.
∎ Can attend to sudden breakdown situations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy and fluency in English are a must.
∎ Capability to deal with unexpected production demands.
∎ 3 years of production and technical experience (especially working to repair machine faults).
∎ Excellent blender machine knowledge
∎ Willing to remain close to the plant area.
∎ Able to join immediately.
