Educational Requirements:

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction, Ready Mix Concrete, Ready Mix Production

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set target and prepare production planning.
∎ Assisting entire operation of the plant and machinery with full technical support.
∎ Provides complete support for the promotion of sales to achieve the desired target.
∎ Overall supervision of plant, machinery, Maintenance, vehicle routing, quality control etc. Monitor Day-to-day program scheduling for deliveries to various sites.
∎ Coordinates the overall maintenance activities through planning and communication with peers, team members, customers (internal and external), suppliers and technical staff.
∎ Responsible for implementing a cost-effective preventative maintenance program to maintain production equipment in an efficient, safe operating, manner.
∎ Follows through with daily checks for accuracy and progress.
∎ Assure compliance with all safety programs.
∎ Inspection of concrete molds and setup.
∎ Monitor all activities of the plant regularly.
∎ Maintain plant housekeeping, environmental, and safety policy to comply with Company, State, and Local governing rules

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have to be smart, energetic & dynamic.
∎ Having problem-solving skills.
∎ Can do work under pressure.
∎ Working experience in the Readymix industry will get preference.
