• 🔹 1. Product Safety Compliance

  • Ensure all sweater products meet buyer requirements and international safety .

  • Check for restricted chemicals, dyes, and materials used in sweaters.

  🔹 2. Raw Materials Control

  • Verify yarn, accessories (buttons, zippers, labels) are safe and approved.

  • Ensure suppliers provide test reports and certifications.

  🔹 3. Production Monitoring

  • Monitor knitting, linking, washing, and finishing processes to avoid safety risks.

  • Ensure no harmful substances or defects are introduced during production.

  🔹 4. Testing & Inspection

  • Arrange product testing (color fastness, shrinkage, azo dyes, heavy metals).

  • Conduct in-line and final inspections to ensure safety compliance.

  🔹 5. Needle & Metal Control

  • Implement needle policy (broken needle control system).

  • Ensure garments are passed through metal detector machines before packing.

  🔹 6. Labeling & Packaging Safety

  • Check all labels (care label, warning label, size label) are correct and compliant.

  • Ensure packaging materials (poly bags, cartons) are safe and meet buyer standards.

  🔹 7. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain safety records, test reports, audit documents.

  • Prepare reports for buyers, auditors, and management.

  🔹 8. Audit & Compliance Support

  • Support buyer audits and factory compliance audits.

  • Ensure corrective actions are implemented if any issues found.

  🔹 9. Risk Assessment

  • Identify potential safety risks in products (e.g., sharp items, choking hazards).

  • Take preventive actions before shipment.

  🔹 10. Training & Awareness

  • Train production and quality teams on product safety standards.

  • Raise awareness about safety procedures among workers.
