Experience:

• 8 to 9 years

• Masters

• Master’s/MBA degree in a related field is required.

• PGD, Lead or professional certifications (Certified Product Safety Manager (CPSM), ISO 9001:2015 QMS, Six Sigma) will be considered an added advantage.

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Specialized training in risk management or product testing/Safety standards is preferred.

• Experience Requirement:

• 8 to 9 years of relevant experience in product safety, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with risk assessment, hazard analysis, and safety testing procedures.

• Prior experience working with regulatory frameworks such as ISO, Product Safety Management, QMS, or other regional/international safety standards.

• Experience in managing product recalls, compliance audits, GMP, SQP, FCCA, Management Review meeting, or Technical audit is preferred.

• Industry-specific Brand experience on Walmart, COSTCO, H&M, C&A, LPP, TCW, PEPCO, Primark, GAP, JC Penny, M&S, Decathlon, & etc., technical audit is an advantage.

• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration, traceability audit & Sharp tools/Metal contaminations issues with design R&D, and production teams.

• Training & Development on QMS, Product Safety, Traceability & Technical Audit.

Job Responsibility:

• Monitor and evaluate product safety throughout the product lifecycle to ensure compliance with local and international safety standards.

• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses for new and existing products.

• Ensuring Sharp tools & needle management

• Investigate product-related complaints, incidents, and safety concerns, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing teams to integrate safety measures in product design and development.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant product safety regulations, standards, and best practices.

• Prepare and submit safety documentation, reports, and regulatory filings to relevant authorities.

• Conduct safety audits and inspections, and ensure compliance with internal safety protocols.

• Lead product recalls or safety alerts in collaboration with legal and regulatory teams, when necessary.

• Train internal teams on product safety policies and risk mitigation procedures.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for external regulatory bodies and certification agencies regarding product safety matters.
