Responsibilities & Context:
∎ About the job
∎ -Analyze brand performance and implement monthly action plans for field force
∎ -Communicate and train field force to enhance their performance to achieve targets
∎ -Manage good relationship with key customers, identifying their needs, preferences and ensure timely support
∎ -Develop marketing strategy, budget and promotional activities for the assigned brands
∎ -Prepare & allocate promotional materials as per plan
∎ -Monitor new products development and launching activities
∎ -Prepare quarterly brand strategies and tactics for field force and ensure execution in the marketplace
