∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering/Bachelor/Masters in any Discipline
∎ Having a professional certificate is added extra advantage.

∎ Must have knowledge of denim Wash process & Costing.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team.
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic.
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English.
∎ IT proficiency - advanced level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, able to work hard efficiently.
∎ Ability to multi-task and remain organized, meet deadlines.
∎ Candidates with writing experience on SAP will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the development process from sample creation to final production, ensuring high-quality output throughout.
∎ Collaborate closely with designers to understand and interpret design concepts.
∎ Source and select appropriate fabrics, trims, and accessories for new designs.
∎ Manage the sampling process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to design specifications.
∎ Conduct fabric and material research to stay updated with the latest trends and innovations.
∎ Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure material quality and availability.
∎ Work with the production team to resolve any issues that arise during the sample development phase.
∎ Maintain detailed documentation of the development process, including technical specifications and production notes.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products from concept to production.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and demands.
∎ Source and select appropriate materials, suppliers, and manufacturers.
∎ Manage the product development timeline and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Monitor product quality and make necessary improvements or adjustments.
∎ Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
∎ Provide input and recommendations for product enhancements and innovations.
∎ Work on costing details and price negotiation with vendors.
∎ Work closely with vendors on cost engineering.
∎ Fill in and review compliance questionnaires.
∎ Participate in risk assessment meetings.
∎ Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including fit approval and style duplications.
∎ Identify and address any hurdles related to meeting samples for brand meetings and propose solutions.
∎ Oversee the approval process for fit and production samples to ensure consistency with design intent and quality standards.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure long-term collaboration.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in product development and production.
