Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
∎ Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard design tools, with a strong emphasis on Figma.
∎ Apply a user-centered design approach to gather user feedback and iterate on designs to improve usability and overall product experience.
∎ Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across all digital products.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design processes and deliver innovative solutions.
∎ Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, considering technical feasibility and optimization.
∎ Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
∎ Assist in creating and maintaining documentation related to design guidelines, processes, and design decisions.
∎ Work closely with the marketing team to create visually compelling assets and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 years of proven work experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
∎ Proficiency in using Figma, including the ability to create interactive prototypes, design components, and collaborate with team members.
∎ Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and ability to translate user needs into effective design solutions.
∎ Familiarity with Auto Layout and design systems, demonstrating the ability to create scalable and adaptable designs.
∎ Solid knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
∎ Excellent visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts and rationale.
∎ Strong attention to detail and ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines
∎ A portfolio showcasing your design work and demonstrating your design process and problem-solving skills.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
