∎ As a Product Designer at IdeaScale, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our innovation management software platform. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that drive user engagement, satisfaction, and business success.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a comprehensive understanding of consumer needs, wants, and desires throughout the Innovation journey.
∎ Facilitate and exemplify human-centered problem-solving. Lead various user research activities to test and refine solutions.
∎ Advocate for product excellence by demonstrating how solutions measurably improve people's lives.
∎ Take ownership of the development, maintenance, and promotion of a design system, adhering specifically to accessibility guidelines, FedRAMP, and GDPR compliance.
∎ Implement best practices for user-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
∎ Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure a cohesive User Experience across the platform
∎ Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and inspire teammates by consistently raising the design bar.
∎ Work across our global organization to deliver experiences that align with the IdeaScale vision and mission.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ You have at least 2 years of experience in digital product design.
∎ Your portfolio showcases a track record of delivering high-quality interaction and interface design work.
∎ You are experienced in sketching, wireframing, visual design, and prototyping for both product and web design experiences (we mainly use figma).
∎ You are skilled in driving a human-centered design process, and you can clearly communicate your design work with solid rationale informed by research and data.
∎ You are a natural collaborator and work well within interdisciplinary teams tasked with creating great products.
∎ You are comfortable working with users and facilitating research activities to inform product decisions.
∎ You learn quickly and seek to collaborate, analyze, and iterate to overcome challenges and reach the optimal solution.
∎ You are comfortable working in a global organization and being productive across various timezones (it is expected that you communicate effectively with our global team and hand off work accordingly)
∎ You embody openness, curiosity, and a growth mindset.
∎ You obsess over details and strive to get everything right.
