Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

• 3 to 5 years

• Experience in process development, analysis, or improvement.        

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.       

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.       

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).        

• Experience with process mapping tools and/or business process management (BPM) software (a plus).    

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.       

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, inefficiency, and cost reduction.

• Develop and document new processes, including flowcharts, checklists, and step-by-step instructions.       

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, IT, Legal, management) to gather input and ensure process adoption.        

• Design and implement process automation solutions using technology and tools (when applicable).        

• Conduct testing and monitor the performance of new processes, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.        

• Maintain and update process documentation to reflect changes and best practices.        

• Develop and deliver training materials to educate employees on new processes.       

• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend changes to optimize efficiency.
