Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with process mapping tools and/or business process management (BPM) software (a plus).
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Responsibilities & Context:
Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, inefficiency, and cost reduction.
Develop and document new processes, including flowcharts, checklists, and step-by-step instructions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, IT, Legal, management) to gather input and ensure process adoption.
Design and implement process automation solutions using technology and tools (when applicable).
Conduct testing and monitor the performance of new processes, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
Maintain and update process documentation to reflect changes and best practices.
Develop and deliver training materials to educate employees on new processes.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend changes to optimize efficiency.
