Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain and re-prioritize production schedule based on changes in customer, job requirements, inputs, or constraints.
∎ Model and enforce the safe operation of all equipment and ensure a safe and clean working environment.
∎ Focuses on ensuring the efficient and consistent production of garments, while also ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
∎ Plan and coordinate the production process, ensuring that production schedules are met and products are produced according to specifications.
∎ Monitor the production process to ensure that quality standards are met and identify areas where improvements can be made.
∎ Develop and implement production policies and procedures to optimize production efficiency and minimize waste.
∎ Coordination bet quality control section and finishing section for any kind of fault is generating during processing.
∎ Need to give guideline all relevant persons before start checking and packing new style.
∎ Act as a team leader for betterment of product, process, resources as well as environment.
