Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline
∎ MBM (BIBM)
∎ B.Sc in Engineering (BUET/ CUET/ KUET/ RUET)
∎ BBA (IBA of DU)
∎ The candidate must have minimum 3 (three) 1st division/ class having no 3 division/ class in any of examination.
∎ For GPA/ CGPA, the Division/ Class will be determined as the link.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate should be a Bangladeshi National.
∎ The candidate should be computer literate.
∎ The candidate should be proficient in English and Bangla.
∎ The candidate should have the willingness to work in any location within the country.
∎ Age should not exceed 30 years (maximum 32 years for the children of Freedom Fighters) as on September 19, 2019.

Salary:
∎ The selected Probationary Officers will be on Probation for 1 (one) year with a monthly consolidated salary of Tk. 45,000.00. They will be absorbed in the grade of `Senior Officer` of the Bank after successful completion of the probation period.
