Salary:
∎ The selected Management Trainee Officer (MTO) will be on probation for a period of 1 (one) year with a monthly consolidated salary of Tk.70,000/- only. They will be absorbed in the rank of `Senior Officer` of the bank after successful completion of the probation period in the pay scale of Tk.34,300-INC-1,000x59-93,300 and other admissible benefits with a total initial emoluments of Tk 80,815 /- only per month
