Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in any discipline having no 3rd class in academic career.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain and acquire priority banking customer through effective relationship management;
∎ To inform customers (Including prospective customers) with full information about MMBLs consumer & priority banking products;
∎ To be responsible for all service issues in priority banking and to ensure that all priority banking customers are receiving priority banking privileges;
∎ Handling of customer complaints (if any).
∎ To provide professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention.
∎ To achieve defined targets of priority banking in terms of no. of customers acquired, volumes and revenue increased.
∎ To update & maintain all priority banking MIS (contact number, prospective customer list, attrition, business acquired etc.)
∎ Any other roles and responsibilities as and when required by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-8 Years’ experience in Bank.
∎ Fresh Candidates need not to apply.
∎ Candidates having break of services need not to apply.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office Package – Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
∎ Must have customer focused attitude.
∎ Should be dedicated and career focused.
∎ Must have strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
∎ Should have good Leadership and Team building skills.
