Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering must be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Heat Seal Printing, Octopus Printing Machine, table printing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the "'SOP of Printing" strictly.
∎ Collect new order booking sheet and make Printing plan accordingly.
∎ Prepare monthly/weekly Printing plan considering shipment schedule.
∎ Maintain daily working target according to Printing plan.
∎ Ensure Hourly, Daily and Monthly Production.
∎ Follow up production and efficiency to meet shipment schedule.
∎ Manage & increase efficiency considering quality standard.
∎ Must have a sound knowledge about Auto Machine Printing & Table Printing.
∎ Must have the knowledge about printing test requirements.
∎ Responsible for sampling, approvals process complete and achieve the best quality.
∎ Capacity to handle Printing department considering compliance standard.
∎ Attend PP meeting of each style/order and implement Printing guideline.
∎ Problems analysis, root cause identification, problem-solving and smooth operation of Printing.
∎ Develop the Team and Lead them for the smooth operation of the Printing.
∎ Received the Cut panel from the Cutting section as per Order.
∎ Return to cutting section as bundle cut panel as per Order wise.
∎ Minimize costing and establish manpower ratio.
∎ Liaison with the Merchandising Department, Production Department & Quality Department etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge in Auto Machine Printing & Table Printing.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department.
∎ Must have the ability to Supervise and inspire team member.
