∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering must be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Dyes Chemical, wash Chemical, Waste Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production Management (Washing), WASHING
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare schedule and plan the daily work for the garment wash and delegate the work depending on the workload and priority requirements.
∎ Developing and putting into operation the current system and technical advancement in the field of washing plant.
∎ Coordinate with washing units, giving washing specifications/quality check.
∎ Knowledge of proper use of chemical.
∎ Responsible for ensure the quality of wash.
∎ To develop the samples with required wash/treatment along with several proposition.
∎ Co-ordination with merchandiser to make recipes records.
∎ Responsible to bulk washes, Garment Washing, Finishing, Coordination and Sampling.
∎ Washing machine knowledge, chemical store handling and development of new washes.
∎ Assist maker technicians, QA for checking patterns, specifications & construction, and plan on quality according to company standards and requirements.
∎ Responsible for chemical sample test and development of garments laundry wash industry.
∎ With responsibility you have to do sample development and have to understand to their management and also have to do Business develop with them and build up relation with customers/ Buyer.
∎ Any other tasks if necessity of washing unit will be assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having experience in knit composite factory as well as woven based washing factory will be given preference.
∎ Experience in large knit Composite,Textiles or Garments wash both knit & woven
∎ Leadership Quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision independently.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem solving & analytical skills.
∎ Strong communication abilities, in Bengali and English, both oral and written.
∎ Computer Literacy is a must especially in office package.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills
