∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ responsible to assign the duties and responsibilities of all Supervisors, Operators & Helpers in your assigned area to engaged in table or machine operation to assemble articles.
∎ have to ensure DHU of your printing area
∎ have to fulfill your production target & try to maintain 100% defect free products in your assigned area.
∎ have to follow up the production flow and assist the workers in their smooth discharge of their job.
∎ have to ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastage like rejection, alteration, over production, and extra hour work.
∎ responsible to maintain 6S in your assigned line.
∎ have to provide required training to your subordinate to update / enhance their skills on technical, quality and operational capabilities.
∎ have to maintain the daily production report , sharp tool register and all related documents.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
