Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to assign the duties and responsibilities of all Supervisors, Operators & Helpers in your assigned area to engaged in table or machine operation to assemble articles.
∎ Have to ensure DHU of your printing area
∎ Have to fulfill your production target & try to maintain 100% defect free products in your assigned area.
∎ Have to follow up the production flow and assist the workers in their smooth discharge of their job.
∎ Save to ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastage like rejection, alteration, over production, and extra hour work.
∎ Responsible to maintain 6S in your assigned line.
∎ Have to provide required training to your subordinate to update / Enhance their skills on technical, quality and operational capabilities.
∎ Have to maintain the daily production report , sharp tool register and all related documents.
