Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work cross-functionally as part of the platform team designing and documenting solutions for various products and features
∎ Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture to set clear goals
∎ Design solutions with state-of-the-art technologies and industry best practices
∎ Develop actively (code) along with the team in parallel with architecture designing
∎ Perform continuous R&D to evolve the current core platform and build POCs of enhancement layers around it
∎ Create, deploy, configure, support, and troubleshoot issues with/without cross-functional Engineering teams
∎ Analyse feasibility of various business requirements
∎ Evaluate the need for raising a CR with the core platform vendor
∎ Help the platform architect with finding ways to optimize solutions
∎ Measure the performance of the features and functionalities to suggest optimizations for capacity
∎ Contribute to the development of technology platform strategy and roadmaps
∎ Actively support and contribute during Delivery Planning activities and outputs
∎ Manage architecture and solution dependencies within the assignment
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in building Identity and access management protocols, services, and solutions
∎ Solid understanding of very large scale, high performance, real-time, cloud-agnostic platforms, and solutions
∎ Expertise in building modular, metadata-driven components that clearly demonstrate their server-side and client-side responsibilities and capabilities
∎ Experience in multi-tenant system design, cloud and container-based deployments, API Gateways, integrations, and workflows
∎ Be highly flexible and adaptable and demonstrate passion for platform development
∎ Detail knowledge on essential elements of a technology platform such as API communication, security aspects, etc
∎ Hands-on expertise in NodeJS, Angular, Java (Spring Boot) application development
∎ Relevant knowledge and expertise on CI/CD pipelines and AWS
∎ Capability of preparing effective technical product documentation and presentation.
∎ Ideation of new products/features through market and similar platform study.
∎ Proper understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
∎ Effective interpersonal and communication skill
∎ Capability of presenting a technical concept to both technical and non-technical audience
∎ Ability to guide and lead a highly technical team
∎ Maintaining proper communication with relevant technical teams
∎ Collaboration with cross-functional teams.
∎ Conflict resolution skills
