Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE)/ETE/ECE/CSE/ME from UGC approved University
∎ MBA from UGC approved University Preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the team to ensure 24x7 Operations Management, D2D Operations, PM, CM and fault handling of Data centers/ Core sites.
∎ Manage and control of Data Center/Core site Power Infrastructure (like Sub stations, DG, AVR, ITR, UPS, Rectifier, Battery, grounding, surge protections, Firefighting etc.)
∎ Ensure desired environment (like cooling, dust, humidity and toxic gas etc.) of Data Center/Core site.
∎ Ensure 100% power availability, KPIs, SLA, PUE, site quality etc. as per company strategy.
∎ Ensure necessary support to Node owners and Network Growth.
∎ Lead and analyze and benchmark cost-benefit analysis on power system and explore new, alternate solutions and industrial best practice.
∎ Plan and Manage Capex and OPEX and drive for efficiency.
∎ Risk Reduction and Disaster Recovery
∎ Support for Tendering Process
Additional Requirements:
∎ Academic Qualification- B. Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE)/ETE/ECE/CSE/ME from UGC approved University.
∎ MBA from UGC approved University is preferred
∎ Job Experience Required- Having 8-10 years' experience in relevant Field
∎ Required Capabilities- Expert in Telecom Data Center/Core Power System.
∎ Advanced knowledge on Data Center/Core Environment
∎ Sound knowledge of Project Management and Vendor Management.
∎ Sound knowledge on budget and business operations
∎ Thorough knowledge on SLA, KPI, Company Policies, Procedures and Compliance
∎ Sound knowledge of different Operational Risk and Control areas
∎ Thorough understanding on preparing business cases and analysis on Return on Investment and NPV
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
