Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement, Cement Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan the work schedule and monitor the execution of works according to schedule to ensure smooth operation of the factory for obtaining desired target production.
∎ Motivate the key personnel of factory's different departments to ensure the uninterrupted production.
∎ Prepare materials requirement budget production summery on daily and monthly basis.
∎ Prepare Mix Design for various grade of concrete and monitoring the trial mix according the recipe of Mix Design.
∎ Ensure the quality of raw materials and finished products.
∎ Liaise with valuable customers to take production order.
∎ Create new business relations with valuable customers.
∎ Communicate with top management in order to incorporate any modification on production process for production cost minimization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Ability to take direction and strong listening skills. Ability to work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
