Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work on development of new wash methods, review the recipes/ process.
∎ Make risk analysis of new wash affects in order to foresee potential problem.
∎ Analyze washing processes and provide SOP guideline for washing & dyeing.
∎ Evaluate washing factory and having good knowledge of their capacity, capabilities, strengths, weaknesses and improve their quality standards.
∎ Work closely with suppliers from development stage to shipment in order to foresee production bottle necks and quality problems.
∎ Go through the technical details of wash with supplier before production to secure best product with on-time shipment.
∎ Work on alternative solution on recipes/work methods in order to achieve best wash results within best quality/lead-time/price.
∎ Educate the teams in Office regarding washing, dyeing & finishing.
∎ Create a good dialogue with buying and QA team from different offices.
∎ Monitoring all kinds of problem & faults generated in washing & dyeing.
∎ Responsible for wash standard by checking the shade, hand feel, color & fastness.
∎ Coordinate with supplier to educate and implement the shade band/1st batch procedure to ensure matching requirement before submits for approval.
∎ Support and facilitate of issues resolution during bulk production with merchandising and quality team.
