Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and oversee overall washing operations, chemical formulation, and fabric R&D functions.
Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure efficiency, quality, cost optimization, and compliance.
Supervise formulation, testing, and application of washing chemicals in line with buyer requirements and sustainability standards.
Drive innovation in fabric development, wash effects, and process optimization.
Ensure compliance with international standards related to quality, safety, environment, and sustainability.
Coordinate with production, merchandising, quality, and compliance teams to meet business goals.
Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational performance; recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and develop technical and managerial teams.
