∎ B.Sc / Diploma in Ceramic Technology
∎ Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Ability to Work Under Pressure, Ceramic Industry, Good Computer Knowledge
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for preparing and reviewing production schedule, Machine plan in order to achieve meet shipment deadline and higher productivity
∎ Control excessive overtime as well as practice best use of man & machine
∎ Monitor & supervise preparing production plan & percentage of execution
∎ Leads a planning team which is responsible for organization capacity planning and share the same with management
∎ Receives order projection & confirmation detail from marketing.
∎ Communicates with marketing team regarding capacity fulfillment.
∎ Plan & publish monthly production schedule
∎ Prepare & present KPI related data such as planned quantity VS achievement, planned efficiency VS achieved efficiency etc
∎ Follow up TNA & ensure tracking, monitoring and executing of the orders
∎ Follow up and make sure availability of required man, machine & materials timely
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Candidate must have practical working experience in any Ceramics Tiles & Sanitary Ware manufacturing company/Garments
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Young, dynamic, proactive & smart.
∎ Fluent both in English & Bengali.
∎ Capable of handling multitasking & work under pressure.
