Responsibilities & Context:

• Prepare detailed project schedules, baseline programs, and recovery plans using Primavera P6 for road and bridge construction works.

• Monitor project progress against approved schedules, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions to ensure timely completion.

• Update Primavera schedules regularly based on site progress and generate progress curves, S-curves, and critical path analysis.

• Coordinate with site engineers, construction managers, and subcontractors to collect accurate progress data and align execution with the project plan.

• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, MIS reports, and presentations for management and clients.

• Assist in resource planning, manpower deployment, and equipment scheduling to optimize project performance.

• Support claims, variation analysis, and time extension submissions by providing planning and delay analysis data.

• Ensure planning activities comply with contract requirements and project milestones.
