Develop and Implement Security Policies:

• Establish and enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate security threats.

Manage Security Personnel:

• Recruit, train, and supervise security staff.
• Schedule and assign duties to security personnel to ensure 24/7 site coverage.

Monitor and Patrol:

• Oversee daily security operations, including patrols and monitoring of construction sites.
• Utilize surveillance systems to monitor site activity and respond to security breaches.

Incident Management:

• Investigate and report security incidents, thefts, and other emergencies.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.

Coordination and Communication:

• Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to address security concerns.
• Conduct regular security briefings and training sessions for site personnel.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents, patrol logs, and personnel activities.
