Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage the full spectrum of accounting operations including AP, AR, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and ensure timely submission.
∎ Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
∎ Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
∎ Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
∎ Supervise and mentor the accounts team for smooth operations.
∎ Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and statutory bodies when required
