∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate to set proven target based secure strategic process plan to achieve company goal by implementing and the best utilization of manpower, machine and other resources.
∎ Expedite to ensure adherence to the manufacturing specification of product to meet required quality standard.
∎ Able to perform any kind of washing, reduce cost of washing and reduce cost of the production chemicals as well.
∎ Able to satisfy customers and meet their complaints maintaining company reputation.
∎ Responsible for Monthly operational budget making in advance based on order, Chemicals and other equipment sourcing considering costing and quality.
∎ Working with focus on budget and achievement for profit.
∎ Developing new product to improve customer strength for the company. Work on development of new wash methods, review the recipes/ process.
∎ Make risk analysis of new wash affects in order to foresee potential problem.
∎ Work closely with suppliers from development stage to shipment in order to foresee production bottle necks and quality problems.
∎ Create a good dialogue with buying and QA team from different offices.
∎ Monitoring all kinds of problem & faults generated in washing & dyeing.
∎ Responsible for wash standard by checking the shade, hand feel, color & fastness.
∎ Coordinate with washing units, giving washing specifications/ quality check.
∎ Knowledge of proper use of chemical.
∎ To develop the samples with required wash/treatment along with several proposition.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
∎ Efficient in MS Office, Excel and Internet usage.
∎ Should be elegant, energetic & have pleasant personality.
∎ Fluent in English and Bengali
∎ Dynamic, self-motivated and excellent in inter personal skill
