∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Company Secretary, Personal Assistant, Personal Secretary, Secretarial Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
∎ Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/ executive.
∎ Booking and arranging travel, transport.
∎ Organizing events and conferences.
∎ Reminding the GM of important tasks and deadlines.
∎ Drafting, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
∎ Managing databases and filing systems.
∎ Implementing and maintaining procedures/ administrative systems.
∎ Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
∎ Collating and filing expenses.
∎ Miscellaneous tasks to support the GM, which will vary according to the office requirement
∎ Completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Having sound knowledge in computer literacy.
∎ Must have close visual acuity to notice inconsistency.
∎ Maintaining poise, professionalism and working independently for secretarial management.
∎ Ability to write routine reports & prepare presentation.
Salary: Negotiable
