∎ Master's degree / MBA / Engineering / Professional Degree from any UGC approved university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with respective functions to align all key KPIs (Strategic and Operational) and ensure monthly/quarterly/annual targets are set as per strategy/plan
∎ Drive timely collection of KPI and target data and support alignment with respective functions incorporating for dynamic changes in target
∎ Prepare and analyze performance reports for Monthly performance management meetings in collaboration of FP&A and Functional SPOCs
∎ Prepare and analyze performance reports for quarterly review meetings for Cluster/Regional performance management in collaboration of FP&A, S&D and Cluster SPOCs
∎ Engage and collaborate with cross-functional team for a better teamwork and smoother execution of Performance management with positive change management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of total experience. Experience in Telecommunication or Technology company will be preferred
∎ Experience in Financial Planning, Forecasting and reporting
∎ Intermediate analytical skills, ability to spot trends and creating new business opportunities
∎ Basic Financial knowledge and understanding
∎ Basic knowledge on telecom industry, KPI and Target setting, cost savings and optimization etc.
∎ Experience in Project Management is preferred
∎ MS office skills (Advanced knowledge excel, power point, Power BI etc)
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Collaboration with cross-functional team and must be a good team player
