Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM will be given preference.
∎ Skill required: ERP software, Payroll Software (Production Management System).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Sweater Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and ensure on time salary, allowance, bonus, incentives and others payment related issues of the employees of the Company.
∎ Prepare salary sheet (Piece rate and fixed rate), collect acknowledgment and submit requisition to Accounts Department for fund management as per payment method.
∎ Collaborate closely with the HR Head to identify payroll needs.
∎ Maintain a workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
∎ Check and update all employee information, files and documents, personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, Final Settlement of separated employees by software system.
∎ Prepare and provide different HR & Payroll information as per the management requirements.
∎ Able to handle attendance machine for retrieving data.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have ability to work under pressure.
∎ HR, Compliance, HR payroll, Payment process, Preparing Salary sheet.
∎ Should have knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law 2006, Labor rules 2015 and other applicable laws.
